ABSTRACT
Chronic purulent sinusitises are common disease in children observed in all age groups, starting from the first months of the child’s life. The paper presents data on the use of 0.02% solution of antiseptic Decamethoxin in treatment of patients with exacerbation of chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis. 30 patients have been examined. Bacteriological examination of all patients of the main group reveals complete eradication after completion of Decamethoxin solution therapy.
