ABSTRACT
This article provides an overview of the current state of the problem of study the pathogenetic mechanisms of nasal bleeding caused by viral hepatitis C pathology. Common mechanisms include changes in the coagulation system both towards hypocoagulation and hypercoagulation. The local changes include mucosal changes caused by the damaging effect of immune complexes.
