Frequency of sensorineural hearing loss in personnel of nuclear shipbuilding and shiprepairing enterprises, working under industrial noise condition

ABSTRACT
The article provides evaluation of sensorineural hearing loss frequency in personnel of nuclear shipbuilding and shiprepairing enterprises, working under conditions of industrial noise. The article also defines predicted factors for disease development: age, sex, duration of employment and activity type. According to the data of tone audiometry, manifestations of sensorineural hearing loss have been revealed in 43 (39.4%) of 109 examined employees.
