ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of examination of 299 patients with chronic purulent otitis media, admitted to Chita Krai Clinical Hospital. The authors analysed the obtained data from the patients with tubotympanic and epitympanoantral forms of chronic purulent otitis media with intracranial complications. The authors determined diagnostic significance of dynamic measurements of the levels of TNFα, IL1β, IL6, IL10 for evaluation of the inflammatory process intensity and the disease course severity. The study revealed the relation between the high level of cytokines with morphological changes of the middle ear mucosa.
