ABSTRACT
Extragenital infectious pathology is one of the causes of premature delivery. ENT diseases, in particular rhinosinusitis, show the highest degree of correlation with the risk of an obstetrical pathology development. However, diagnostics of rhinosinusitis in pregnant women detection is complicated due to the limited application of radiological examination methods. In view of this fact, such methods as diaphanoscopy and digital diaphanography, which both provide clinical diagnostics even in oligosymptomatic, delitescent rhinosinusitis, acquire particular value.
