ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of operations on plastic closure of septal perforation using a developed method in 14 patients aged 6–15 years. The authors performed analysis of etiological factors of the disease and described in details their original method of subtotal perforation closure, adapted for children’s age as well as the specific features of presurgical preparation and postsurgical management.
