ABSTRACT
This article presents a rare clinical case of metastasis of a clear cell variant of renal cell carcinoma in the root of the tongue 4 years after right-sided nephrectomy. The patient underwent supporting laryngoscope surgery with a CO2-laser (removal of the formation of the root of the tongue) with a preliminary imposition of a tracheostomy, without complications. According to the results of the morphological study, the structures of a clear cell malignant tumor were revealed.
