ABSTRACT
The paper presents the observation and subsequent treatment of a patient with a large fibroinflammatory polyp simulating a tumor of the nasal cavity. Computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses made it possible to clarify its boundaries and dimensions and contributed to its radical removal.
