ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the practical experience of the authors and published data on the problem of the chronic adenoiditis. Variants of indications for surgical sanation of pharyngeal tonsils in case of chronic inflammation. The authors draw a conclusion that the use of antihistamine, immunomodulatory treatment and allergen-specific immunotherapy in adenoidites provide the best therapy results and make it possible to avoid surgery.
