ABSTRACT
The article describes some specific aspects of stapedoplasty in patients with otosclerosis with unintended mobilization of stapes and overhanging facial nerve canal, including denuded one, which covers a significant portion of the oval window niche. Similarly, the article describes the stages, aspects and techniques of this pathology surgical treatment based on the authors’ experience.
