ABSTRACT
The article gives coverage to the retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of 15 patients with the diagnosis of laryngeal cyst using 3 different approaches: endoscopic decortication with cold instruments (60%), monopolar thermocoagulator ablation (13.3%) and diode laser marsupialization (26.7%). The main symptom of pathology was stridor (40%), girls suffered with the pathology twice as often as boys. The most common localization of the pathology was subglottic part of larynx (46.7%). Case monitoring at the period from 2005 up to the present revealed no recurrence in 100% of patients.
