ABSTRACT
In this review the authors consider the issues of contemporary methods of medical and surgical treatment of laryngeal papillomatosis in children with due regard for advantages and disadvantages of such methods. The author conducted the analysis of the efficacy of the latest techniques of combined therapy using of modern technologies. The optimal treatment regimen based on the etiological factors and antirecurrent effectiveness of this pathology is provided.
