Pleomorphic larynx adenoma: a case report and literature review

ABSTRACT
Pleomorphic adenomas are tumors mostly originating from salivary glands. Almost in 90% of cases, it is localized in the parotid salivary gland. These lesions in the larynx are very rare. Currently the literature describes 27 cases. In the article, the authors describe a case of pleomorphic adenoma of the larynx in men 76 years. Underwent surgical treatment. Currently the patient has no recurrence of the disease within 5 years.
