ABSTRACT
The paper presents the evaluation of two methods of perioperative anesthetic management of nasal surgeries: comparison of general anesthesia with tracheal intubation and combined anesthesia (general anesthesia with tracheal intubation and trigeminal nerve branches block anesthesia). The study revealed that the addition of block anesthesia to general anesthesia with intubation was characterized by a more stable hemodynamics, lower need for anesthetics and later occurrence of pain syndrome as well as its lower intensity in postoperative period.
