ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the importance of this problem, as well as the experience of surgical treatment of nasal septal perforation using alloplant. The authors monitored the results of treatment of 31 patients aged 19 through 45 years, with the nasal septum perforation. Alloplant was used as the plastic material. Perforation edges suturing was performed both on two sides and on one side. The use of nasal splints in post-surgery period increases the efficacy of surgical treatment. Complete closure of the septum defect or the decrease of its size reduces the frequency and symptoms of the disease.
