ABSTRACT
Primary laryngophthisis is a rare disease in comparison with concomitant tuberculosis of the larynx and lungs. It was the first case of isolated laryngophthisis in our practice. The patient was diagnosed the primary tuberculosis of the left vocal fold confirmed by pathomorphological study.
