ABSTRACT
This article presents the materials devoted to the diagnostics and treatment of neck injuries obtained because of suicidal and self-injurious actions, providing a description of the nature of injuries and the predominant mental disorder. The nature of injuries and the severity of the postoperative period depend on the nature and severity of mental disorders in patients. The authors present their observation of a complex wound of the neck with favorable outcome.
