ABSTRACT
The article presents a brief review of contemporary scientific literature, reflecting the importance of the integrity of nose anatomical structures, in particular, ostiomeatal complex, in maxillary sinus surgery. Besides, the authors present a retrospective analysis of postoperative sinusitis in the patients who have previously undergone endosurgical interventions in the area of the maxillary sinuses.
