ABSTRACT
The article provides a review of methods of treatment of chronic diffuse osteomyelitis of the frontal bone with various approaches to the lesion based on the examples of Kursk and Rostov clinics. The article presents original methods of one- and two-stage surgical treatment of chronic diffuse osteomyelitis of the frontal bone. The authors discuss the specific features of the suggested methods. The article considers the opportunities of plastic surgery of the defects of cicatrical soft tissue of the frontal area and presents the authors’ genuine methods of closure thereof. There is a case history.
