ABSTRACT
The article presents a review of literature on modern approaches to the treatment of chronic sinusitis and place of the photodynamic therapy of the paranasal sinuses inflammatory diseases. The search for new methods of treatment of this disease is highly relevant, as many years of surgical and conservative tactics experience indicates that effective and indisputable scheme of assistance to such patients was not found.
