ABSTRACT
The article describes a study analyzing the quality of intraoperative testing of 50 patients divided into two equal groups. In the first group, the measurements were taken in a standard manner, in the operating room, and in the second one – remotely, from the audiologist’s office. The authors evaluated the time spent for testing and made a conclusion about the satisfaction with the quality of examination performed by the audiologist and surgeon. It has been proven that the remote testing does not produce any quality loss while reducing the time spent by the audiologist.
