ABSTRACT
In the article from the standpoint of psychosomatic approach compares the mental component of the clinical picture and stuttering voices violations as variants of communicative disorders. Using batteries psychodiagnostical techniques surveyed 109 adult patients with voice disorders and 102 adults who stutter, the results of which are considered from the perspective of the concept of the inner picture of the disease. Fixing the disease more expressed in stutterers, and neuroticism indicators, Introversion and alexithymia – in patients with dysphonia. The dispersion of mental characteristics leading value have individual characteristics of patients.
