ABSTRACT
Fibrolipomas are a subtype of lipomas consisting of adipocytes with a connective tissue component. In the international literature, only a few cases of fibrolipomas in the nasopharynx have been recorded, and most of them are found in adults. The article describes a rare clinical observation: our experience in the diagnosis and successful removal of nasopharyngeal fibrolipoma in a newborn baby.
