ABSTRACT
Abstract. Thyroglossal fistulous tract extending from external opening in the neck to internal opening in the base of the tongue formed after infection in the thyroglossal cyst which is a congenital disease. Thorough research in the medical journals we could find only few documented cases. So, we present a case in adult female focusing the importance of CT fistulogram as a guideline for proper anatomical study and planning for surgical procedure which decreases the chance of recurrence.
