ABSTRACT
The author has studied the anamnestic data and the results of the repeated study of ENT organs condition in 33 patients with antrochoanal polyps to detect the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. In 3 patients it was previously confirmed by a gastroenterologist, in 2 patients heartburn was observed, 8 patients have frequent regurgitation when bending the torso forward. The author came to the conclusion about the existence of an etiopathogenetic link between these diseases and the need for early detection and treatment of reflux disease to reduce the frequency of antrochoanal polyps’ occurrence.
