ABSTRACT
Chronic tonsillitis is rather common disease accompanied with both changes in palatine tonsils and the intense organism intoxication. At present there are no strong diagnostics criteria for intoxication degree in this disease. The article provides the data about leucocyte indices of the peripheral blood and the expression of the intoxication degree in chronic tonsillitis. The provided data make it possible to predict the course of the disease, treatment methods and possible complications.
