ABSTRACT
This article presents: theoretical substantiation, methodology and results of secondomyringopexy – the operation aimed at improvement of hearing in the patients with the chronic secondary cochlear sensorineural hearing loss. The authors present the necessity of differential diagnostics of primary and secondary sensorineural hearing loss for the purpose of working out indications and contraindications to this surgical treatment and obtaining positive functional results.
