ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to improvement of comprehensive examination of patients with acute inflammatory processes of maxillofacial localization from the viewpoint of system approach – evaluation of intensity and structure of the three syndromes: syndrome of psycho-sensor-anatomy-functional automisadaption (PSAF), local inflammatory (LI) syndrome, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Based on the analysis of the results of comprehensive examination of 119 patients with acute inflammatory diseases of maxillofacial localization, the authors found the following. No reliable pair correlation between the severity of PSAF automisadaption syndrome, LI syndrome and SIRS in the dynamics of the disease have been revealed in the patients with acute inflammatory diseases of maxillofacial localization. Systemic approach to examination of patients with acute inflammatory diseases of maxillofacial localization using PSAF automisadaption syndrome, LI syndrome and SIRS makes it possible to distinguish three variants of the disease progress in terms of correlation of severity of somatic and psychological disease components: psycho-somatic, balanced and somatopsychic variant. Systemic approach to examination of patients with acute inflammatory diseases of maxillofacial localization with the assessment of severity and structure of PSAF automisadaption syndrome, LI syndrome and SIRS makes it possible to develop an individual treatment program and make its timely reasonable adjustments.
