ABSTRACT
The article reveals the specificity of expert work on certification of physicians otolaryngologists and audi¬ologists-otolaryngologists. Presents the procedure for certification, considered the nature of the activities of the certification fee in accordance with changes in legislation. The results of analysis of the existing certification systems, a comparative analysis of the qualifications patterns specialists depending on age and experience, con-sidered the essence of the assessment criteria activity professionals, innovations in the certification procedure.
