ABSTRACT
The authors studied clinical features of postoperative period after septoplasty in combination with turbinoplasty in the patients treated with the preparation Sinupret® (Bionorica SE, Germany) as preoperative and late postoperative treatment. Based on objective research methods, the authors demonstrate the improvement in the course of reparative processes in the nasal cavity and substantiate the appropriateness of inclusion of Sinupret into preoperative treatment of patients before surgical interventions on the nasal septum and nasal turbinates.
