ABSTRACT
The article considers the interrelation between the detection of underlying factors of difficult intubation and the direct intraoperational laryngoscopy data based on case studies. The authors demonstrate the importance of detailed preoperative examination of the patient for the choice of adequate methods of better visualization of the airway.
