ABSTRACT
Acute rhinosinusitis is the most common disease, it accounts for 40 to 60% of morbidity in ENT-pathology structure. The article presents the treatment and efficacy of the preparation Bestim in comparison with the traditional therapy in the treatment of acute rhinosinusitis. Bestim is a dipeptide with immunostimulating effect. It stimulates cellular and humoral immunity, improves antibacterial and antiviral resistance.
